Medford Temple Trip!
Hello Dear Family and Friends!
This Wednesday our zone was able to attend the Medford Temple (which is actually in Central Point, not sure why it's named Medford) But it was an incredible experience! :) It was a long drive there and back, and afterwards we went to Home Town Buffet for Lunch! I love going to the Temple, I was so teary eyed throughout my entire experience because I felt the presence of our loving Heavenly Father. I made a personal commitment that I will attend the temple no less than once a week, I need that spiritual strength every chance I can get it. Of course that is a goal for after my mission. Thankfully my mission president changed the time that we can go to the temple from every 6 months to every 3 months! :D I am really happy about this!
We had a someone who is learning more about the church and their family who have not been able to attend church recently actually both come to church this week. But we had another miracle happen yesterday. We were walking to contact members who haven't been able to attend in the area, we were stopped by the local train as it passed. There was a car beside us that passed us, and as we were walking down the street, we found the first house and that car was parked there. It turned out to be a member who we didn't have the records for in our church. (The previous record said someone lived there, but he moved out) I do not think it was a coincidence that we found this member and we asked if she still had a testimony, if she would see herself coming back to church, and if we could stop by and visit. She said yes to all three! :D Exciting times here in Klamath Falls!
Well I hope you know that I love each of your tremendously! Have a wonderful week!
All the best,
Elder Harper
